Guidelines to Parents

Key Guidelines:

Diary Usage:

Kindly fill the first page of the diary. Students should bring this diary every day to school.

Communication and Signatures:

Parents are requested to sign progress reports, test papers, and teacher's remarks in the school diary promptly. Return them within the specified time.

Leave Procedures:

Inform the school about planned leaves in advance. In case of illness, notify the school office immediately, and mention the leave in the diary with your parent's signature. Doctor certificates are required for leaves extending beyond 2 or 3 days.

Health Precautions:

Do not send your child to school if they are suffering from cold, fever, or other ailments in the early stages to prevent the spread of infections.

Ornament Policy:

Children should not wear gold and costly ornaments to school.

Food and Snacks:

Strictly restrict chocolates and chewing gums inside the school premises.

We have initiated to bring traditional food on every Tuesday for students good health.

Parent-Teacher Meetings:

Parents are encouraged to meet the class teacher at least once a month to discuss their child's progress and address any concerns.

Special Coaching:

Students struggling in specific subjects receive special coaching from concerned teachers. We request parents to ensure their wards avail this opportunity promptly.

Additional Guidelines:

Lost Items:

If your child brings anything that doesn't belong to them, kindly bring it to the immediate attention of the class teacher. Ensure that it is returned promptly the next day to avoid any delay.

Fee Payment:

Parents are requested to pay the school fees regularly and retain the payment receipts until the end of the academic year. Timely fee payments contribute to the smooth functioning of the school and provide essential resources for your child's education.

Communication Responsiveness:

Parents are kindly instructed to respond promptly to school calls when contacted by school authorities and teachers. Open communication is essential for addressing concerns and ensuring your child's well-being.

Attention to Parents

Parents are advised not to visit the school during working hours to discuss matters related to their children's education without prior permission.

For those parents who wish to inquire about their child's overall development, the school has designated specific times during weekdays. Meetings with class teachers or school authorities can be scheduled between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM or from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Should you have concerns or issues regarding your child's performance, behaviour, or any other matter, please refrain from directly approaching the school's headmaster or manager without prior appointment. Instead, kindly coordinate with the respective class teacher or coordinator first. Immediate action will be taken to address your concerns.

If you have any issues or queries related to your child's academic progress or any specific matter, you are encouraged to visit the school promptly during the designated meeting times. This approach helps maintain a smooth and organized communication process.
